‘Beauty of Bath’ is a compact, early-fruiting, dessert apple tree. The apples are medium-sized and tangy. The young apple is pale-green that will develop a mottled red flush as it ripens. Blossoms are pale pink flowers in spring and medium-sized, edible, red-mottled, sharp, crisp fruit ready to harvest in late summer. Plant in a sheltered site and avoid areas susceptible to late frost. Fruits best in full sun.
