'Touran Neon Rose' is a low, cushion- to mound-forming, evergreen perennial with flat sprays of needle-like, bright green leaves an, in spring, short stems bearing upward-facing, cup-shaped, deep to bright pink flowers with bright green centres. Grow in moderately fertile, consistently moist but very well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil in partial shade.
